Expert in Europlanning, management and administration of complex programs. Teacher, trainer and consultant on EU policies, local development, urban regeneration and integration policies, cultural planning advisor, she has conducted research in Italy and abroad. From 2006 to 2016 she has been Council Member of the City of Turin with mandates on urban regeneration, integration policies, Equal Opportunities and Rights, Urban Design and Public Soil, community programs.
☛ Provide training, conceptual, thematic and methodological tools on European projects, focusing on the areas of culture, social innovation, rights, citizenship, environment and local development (framework: Europe and its policies).
☛ Addressing and transmitting skills, know-how, methods and techniques to work in particular on: project vision; eligibility; know how to read a form; editorial foundation for writing and for conceptual, publishing and editorial organization of a project; institutions, information sources; networking and strategic project management, transnational and local partnerships, the construction of the project environment, stakeholders analisys, technical design, financial planning.
The training modules will foresee frontal classroom lectures, workshops and group workshops aimed at projects simulation, partnership building up to the definition of the concept.
The course will cover the opportunities offered by direct European funds (ie those directly managed by the European Commission or its agencies) on the cultural, social and territorial area.
☛ Introduction to the European Union, policies, programs and to the Call tool (2020 Strategy, White & Green Paper, Eu Budget, etc.);
☛ Introduction to European planning with consideration of the best suitable programs for social and cultural projects (Creative Europe and Erasmus Plus Key Action 2);
☛ Construction of a methodological design strategy (networking, partnership, project phases, editing tools and techniques, financial planning etc.)
☛ Workshop on planning simulation in teamwork
