What is it about?
Che lavoro faremo tra 3, 5, 10 anni?
Il precariato non è l’unico motivo per cui risulta difficile rispondere a questa domanda. È una domanda difficile perché il presente è complesso, in continua evoluzione, e stiamo perdendo la capacità di immaginare molteplici futuri possibili.
Il workshop vuole:
☛ fornire degli strumenti transdisciplinari per confrontarsi con la complessità del presente;
☛ fornire una preparazione metodologica al cambiamento, che aiuti ad indagare criticamente il presente;
☛ definire dei processi per ampliare la capacità di immaginare futuri prossimi in autonomia, e non rimanere “bloccati” negli immaginari “pre-confezionati” e nelle narrazioni che indicano il futuro come unico e già definito.
What will we work on?
The workshop will produce:
☛ a selection of Curious Rituals on the topic of "collaborative platforms" collected within Curiouspedia (URI and SAT collection platform);
☛ a description of the actual state of realities , of subjects, of technologies and practices around the theme;
☛ a Future Map, a view of the possible trends identified and the relationships between them;
☛ the documentation of the concepts and pre-totipes made by participants.
How does it work?
The workshop uses a learning mode in situation, where participants acquire knowledge and skills of Near Future Design through the application of the methodology to the future of collaborative platforms theme.
Starting from the theme and a community of reference we will explore the consensual reality (what is commonly perceived as normal), curious rituals (what is perceived as bizarre, unusual), the state of the arts and technologies.
This will allow participants to have a map of the present from which to detect the evolutionary trends and the weak signals in the present, which reveal many possible future.
Among these, participants will choose the future scenarios that will be preferred and shape them in a way that will trigger discussions and debates.
