I have an idea - what am I missing to make it a start-up?
How the hell do I get an idea?
How do I quickly understand if my idea makes sense?
The knowledge provided in the course aims to enable participants to have the basic tools to evaluate the feasibility of their business ideas and to become aware of initiatives and calls for business creation, such as PIN - Pugliesi Innovativi della Regione Puglia.
The course aims to provide participants with a generic but exhaustive perspective on the business creation process, starting from identifying a problem to be solved up to the completion of the entire business model.
It is open to all, but content will be directed to a public without previous knowledge - it is though recommended to teenagers aged 15 to 25. If you're born in 1998, the course will be free of charge thanks to the Bonus 18app!
In the first meeting, teams of 3-5 people will be formed and field research will be set up with the aim of defining a customer target and analyzing their needs. During the appointments, these needs will be transformed into a value offering, around which each team will develop its business model.
The course will end with an introduction to the basic elements of an economic, administrative and organizational start-up, in order to provide participants with the starting points for further insights.
You do not need to enroll in the course with an entrepreneurial idea in mind, but you will also be able to work on pre-existing projects.
