Consumption code
This enrollment is regulated by the Consumption Code - Legislative Decree of September 6, 2005, n. 206, and its following modifications.
The same Code asserts that you can relinquish your enrollment within 30 days from the beginning of the activity.
The withdrawal procedures are: by certified mail to: SOS@MYPEC.EU or by sending a registered mail with proof of receipt to LA SCUOLA OPEN SOURCE Soc. Coop., Via Calefati 20 BARI 70121. Delivery postmark serving as proof.
If the communication of the decision of withdrawal occurs after that date, or actually takes place with non-attendance to the course, the full amount is however due.
In case of impossibility of participation we’ll be happy to accept a substitute as long as his/her name will be notified via email (to our PEC or info@lascuolaopensource.xyz mail box) at least five days before the starting date of the course.
